The e-learning library therefore contain three types of learning items. An e-course contain e-lessons, an e-lesson contains topics + assignments + quizzes, and a topic contains digital media.
A "macro" COURSE is an e-learning path with 3-5 relevant e-lessons for a new skill area. Example: "Agile Product Backlogs in Practice". Learning path duration: 1.5-2.5 h.
An E-LESSON (micro-course) covers a concept, practice, or role activity. Example: "How to size a product backlog". It contains 1-5 e-topics. Lesson duration: 15-30 min
A "micro" E-TOPIC covers one aspect, step or technique with video and materials. Example: "Should you size stories with story points or time?". Topic duration: 2-8 min.
