Bruce Schoor is a Dutch-Canadian Agile Way of Working Coach and Digital Transformation Leader. Bruce helps organizations unlock value, flow, agility, and resilience. His knowledge and enabling skills are based on years of hands-on experience at Microsoft, coaching numerous clients worldwide, and scientific insights.
Bruce shares these experiences as a speaker, writer, coach, and through his agileXL Academy. He works with a tribe of energetic coaches. Bruce holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and is a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant.
