Client Case: Agility and resilience for sales department

 

The context
Our client is a Swiss health and science industry leader who wanted to agile awareness and improve and change resilience in their sales department.

Our work
We first seeked to understand the team’s history and challenges to ensure that our guidance would create the targeted benefits. So instead of delivering a standard agile immersion and change resilience training, we developed a custom outline with two leaders.

Together, we chose a half-day interactive workshop with games and discussions so that people could discover their needs, raise concerns, and solve obstacles. One example was the creation of psychological safety which had been affected due to the move to remote working during the pandemic.

The result
Feedback indicates that the immersion of agile ways of working and change resilience helped the sales teams to take on new challenges during their offsite. Driving a shared purpose, collaborating more in teams, and using practical agile ways of working were examples of new skills that are helping them now in their next challenges.
