Learn how to apply (and adapt!) the Scaled Agile Framework in order to immerse your organization or team into Lean and Agile, and achieve business agility. Drive business agility, alignment and value flow across the organization. Understand the roles, activities, artifacts and interactions at portfolio, solution, ART, and team levels. Practice hands-on the creation of lean portfolios, release trains, and backlogs. Conduct quarterly (PI) planning sessions for Agile delivery execution and integrate DevOps activities.
