This leadership program is designed to let 3-5 small groups of high-potential employees learn and apply lean-agile leadership in the daily work environment of their agile or digital organization.
The program starts with a leadership workshop. After that, using a Design Thinking approach, each group takes on a challenge from their environment and applies new leadership skills during 5 sprints of learning & doing.
Important ingredients include empathy, leadership style, communication, and change management. Participants learn hands-on how to inspire, engage and empower.

Bruce Schoor is a Dutch Enterprise Agility strategist, coach and trainer with 15+ years of experience in organizational agile culture shifting, methodology and workplace changes. Bruce has helped more than 150 organizations improve agility and value creation. Bruce holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and is a certified SAFe SPC.
